I just received my product and noticed something is missing. What should I do?

If you believe a part or component is missing from your SunVilla order, please check the packing list and assembly instructions first, as some items may ship separately. If anything is still missing, contact the retailer where the purchase was made or reach out to SunVilla customer support with your order information.
