How It Works

1. Order your structure or furniture through Costco.com
2. Purchase the Assembly Service on SunVilla.com.
3. Complete the Assembly Confirmation Form after checkout to verify your Costco order details and installation location.
4. Our team will review your information and contact you to schedule your assembly appointment.

Important Notes

• A valid order number is required to schedule assembly.
• Assembly service must be scheduled after your SunVilla product has been delivered.
• The installation area must be accessible and ready for assembly at the scheduled time.
• Assembly service covers assembly of your new SunVilla product and does not include site preparation, structural modifications, or removal of existing structures.
• Anchoring and removal of packaging/trash from your new SunVilla product are included where available and will be discussed with you during appointment scheduling.
• Assembly service does not include removal or disposal of materials, debris, or waste from existing structures.

What is provided by Costco?

SunVilla structures purchased through Costco.com are delivered as a "Delivery Only" service, meaning the product arrives packaged and unassembled. Assembly is not included with Costco delivery.
SunVilla Assembly Service is offered separately through a third-party installation partner contracted by SunVilla. This assembly service is not affiliated or managed by Costco.
