Returns are accepted for purchases made from SunVilla.com within 30 days of receiving your product(s). Due to the nature of our product, the purchaser will be required to pay the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.
To be eligible for refund, the product must be returned in the original packaging, including any parts, accessories, or manuals.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
